Postby Ghostface » Mon May 25, 2009 9:35 pm

I watch the old series now and again, and the next generation whenever its on and have seen all the films (I think) but even so i don't always go mad for them, but tonight we went to see Star Trek, and to my surprise it was really good, one of the better films of 2009 im sure, now i just want to see Fast and Furious and possibly "Drag me to hell" when it comes next week.

Star Trek was brilliant, I was really impressed with what they did with it, I'm not a trekkie or anything but I've seen a fair amount of Next Generation, Deep Space Nine and Voyager and I loved it, I noticed most hardcore trekkies hated it but ah well.

Yeah true, I don't have any problem with people not liking the film just some Trekkies are saying stuff like "It killed the franchise" very extreme...

I enjoyed this film a lot. It was a nice fresh start to the franchise. After Enterprise that's what it really needed. JJ Abrams just nailed it with this film. Very enjoyable for a Trekkie or a non-Trekkie.
