can anyone hook me up with a scream costume (father death, starjerk's, or any decent scream costume) if you can feel free to comment so that other people can see if they also want a father death costume. but please im willing to get my costume before the movie comes out. because i was thinking of taking it to the midnight premiere.

You and alot of other people im afraid, Starjerk turned bad and stopped sending costumes out for two reasons,

1. because he ran out of fabric
2. as soon as he was paid he stopped contact
3. after contact stopped the costume wouldnt be sent out.

You will be VERY lucky to find one,and if you do it will be expensive.

so basically he was scamming? and how did he run out of fabric? and can you atleast tell me the fabric because i know a woman who is great at making clothes. and if you guys tell me the fabric ill buy it and ill sell some. and if i find out what fabric it is, send me some good pictures of how the costume is.

He was scamming up until the costumes were all made,he had enough material for 10,sold 9 and kept one for himself apparently,nothing is known on the fabric apart from it came from a place in Georgia! Nothing else is known.

aww man. can you help me do some research and help me find out the material and if you just help me with that i know people who live in san antonio texas that are amazing at making costumes. and i found pictures of the costume i just need the fabric. and so if you help me find the material ill sell you a costume really cheap. oh and i live in laredo texas. and i go to san antonio every weekend. just help me man i need this before scream 4!

well my sister has a shirt that looks exactly like scream costume fabric but id need to make a video and show it to you. its not really a shirt its more of a dress

im reading on the dress it says 43% cotton, 35% acrylic, 22% metallic

The fabric that was used on the robe in the films was very exxpensive and rare. That's why it cost around $700 a robe. So if you do find the exact material buy it up. If you sell it be honest and up front with people.

i dont know why it is so important to get "THE fabric" why not just use black material then add some glitter/sparkle to it? well thats just my opinion

Depends who you are.. me , i like it to be close to the movie version, some have had theirs made and added Glitter but on appearance t looks too sparkly,the REAL material is just as it should be. hence why people want it.

There is a ton of fabric out there that is very close to the original , Don't go mad trying tho find THE fabric because to be honest nobody has ever come fourth with any proof of what was used during the film. People will always post threads about the fabric but nobody has factual proof what was use its all based on what they think. Josh aka starjerk made the closet thing to a screen worn costume . The fabric was very close to the stuff used in the film, it is not made anymore and he got lucky after searching for months. The guy hit a home run with the costume nobody has ever come close to his piece . I have seen 3 of the infamous Starjerk costumes come to Ebay this year but the asking price was way to much and none of them sold. It will be near impossible for you to find a tailor who can even make the costume. Buy a funworld get up they go for 10-30 bucks and they look cool enough for halloween . But are not close to screen accurate. to bad josh became a thief he did more for scream costume fans then anyone to date.A collector actually got Josh's contact info a few months ago and tracked him down . He was able to convince Josh to make him one and he did. It caused so much of an uproar Josh has gone underground again this time i do not think he will surface again.

dude hes on michael-myers.net forum lol just contact him through there. btw i found a website and they are asking from $300-$400 go to cloakmaker.com and email them. they make them good and they send you a free sample of the fabric they will use on the costume. and they said scream costumes have been a hot subject this year. so im pretty sure they have experience. and they know every robe used. so yea..
