He took something to slow his Heart Rate down probally.

Either slowing down the heart rate or maybe Gale was just panicking too much so she didn't check the right part of his wrist.

never been too sure how he done it, but you can stop your pulse by sitting quiet still and relaxing, it will just slow down completly, and yea as devil said Gale was panicing too much to probably concentrate

i dont remember what he actually said but i do remember him saying something like "it works wow i have no pulse! " when he described when he tried it

If you have ever had someone in the medical field to check your pule they always say to stay still and quiet in order to get a good reading. So Gale in her panic state didn't help.

Roman wouldve known Gale was going to feel his left arm because it was the closest to when you open it.

You can put something under your arm and squeeze your arm to your body so its crushed if that makes sense? ( I suck at explaining )that would stop the heartbeat in that whole arm.

Also wes in the commentary said they had a deleted scene of Roman going up to Sidney after he shot her and he says "your not faking are you? i did it with gale" or something like that. thank God they deleted that.
