Why wasn't this shown?

I'm sorry if this has already been asked or explained but I didnt take my eyes off the film for a second and I didn't see this scene at all. Was it just a shot for the trailer or is it because my cinema didn't want to show it?

I didnt see this either.. it might of been a deleted scene, possibily it will be on the dvd deleted scene extras when released or on youtube, damn it looks scary aswell.

Yeah I'm pretty sure that this scene was cut. There are a lot of scenes that didn't make it into Scream 4 unfortunately. I vote for a 2 disc special edition DVD to be released ASAP!

yes i was wondering where this was too.. and the picture of Trevor visiting Jill in hospital, that didnt appear.. also in the first trailers we saw Brittany Robertson appear to see GF killing someone, AND we see her get grabbed by him, NONE of this was in the film either...

I was hoping to see that one badly, it looked awesome. It was in the trailer and all over the internet for ages so there's gotta be an uncut/extended DVD. The Weinsteins love doing that these days so I don't see why they won't give Scream 4 the same treatment.

Yes.. along with the fountain scene too.. no doubt all extras on the DVD and Blu Ray..

The scene that Jill is on the phone and mocking Sidney before she stabs her again was also not in the movie hopefully that will be on the DVD.

There was quite a bit cut from SCREAM 4. I wish we had several of the scene back. It would have added to the film. Not happy that Wes' cameo even got cut!

I read recently that Wes appeared twice.. once in the house, and somewhere else as an extra, but cant remember, will have to look up the article again.. (Now Updated Below)
Scream 4 Wikipedia page has him down for an appearance at the Out of Darkness book sale too...

Interesting. Might have to go back and see if I can see him. Seeing Wes as the coroner would have been fun as well.
