As much as I'm a fan of Stu I'm just glad that we got the ending we did. I'm just not seeing good results from the Stu idea.

Who knows, they may be putting feelers out to see fans reactions to this because they are planning it as the ending for Scream 4. Wasn't Matthew seen near where Scream 4 was being filmed? Or did I imagine that? :?

he was, but we was assured he was filming in the area for his other film,i believe thats all there is to it,Scream 4 is all about new fresh characters,not about bringing back dead ones.So i dont think he will be in it again.

I'm with you there Tim. Matthew was filming another movie and wanted to have dinner with his friend Neve while they both was in town and that's pretty much it. I don't see him returning from the dead.

I'm in agreeance with everyone else - don't think he will be the killer in S4 but my mate is convinced he is after reading that there are cameos that nobody knows about beyond the production team. He is convinced Matthew is one of those cameos. Can't say I am convinced.

That would've been... weird. I love Stu but him masterminding an attack on Sidney from jail? I could buy that he survived the TV on the head, but he wasn't the brains out of him and Billy, how would he have got out of jail in the first place? But kudos to him, he did think of the idea of Sid's dad killing her then shooting himself.

It wouldn't have worked purely for the fact that if he had indeed survived the TV on the head, then Sidney, Gale and Dewey would have known about it. It isn't like the second killer from the first massacre could have survived and been sent to prison without anyone just happening to mention it to them! lol. I would love to have seen the ending filmed and included as an alternative ending on the DVD though.
