Nice, I'd love to live in the states.

Yeah, it tends to be more sunny and warm than it is in the summer! For two summers in a row we've practically had all rain with roughly a weeks worth of pure sun.

I'm in Pennsylvania USA now, lived many years in Maine (long winters, snow doesn't melt until April, but fantastic though short summers). It's very temperate here in Pennsylvania, doesn't get much snow, but it is sunny and hot in the summer. It's just starting to turn cold now, winter jackets and hats out. Haven't had any rain in a few days, but it's been gray. Chrisie, where are you thinking of living in USA?

Hmm. I don't know anything about Chicago, except that I hate the airport. It's said to be the largest airport in the world and I could believe that. The terminals are miles and miles apart, no exaggeration. And once our flight was late and we missed the connecting flight and had to stay over at a hotel. I was not happy, as I also had my young kids with me. There's also no smoking anywhere, and since it's miles away to the front where you can smoke (also out of the security area), you end up not smoking and being in a foul mood. So I was really ready to murder someone.
