S3 killing's

In Scream 1 the Killer always called stalking his victims minus the scene where he showed up "Killing" Billy, Anyone notice in Scream 3 he didn't do this? The only time he called stalking his victim was when he killed Sarah. The other times it was random like when the house exploded and stuff.

Well i think his only mission was to get Sidney out of hiding, so to him who died didn't matter as long as someone died.

Sometimes when drawing someone out you have to go against your norm to get it done. That's clearly what was done in Scream 3.
