I was thinking if Randy (R.I.P) had survived the trilogy (though he might come back) which horror movies in the 21st century do you think he would love? I'm pretty sure he'd like "The Tripper" (which was directed by none other than David Arquette) possibly "Switchblade Romance" The Saw franchise I reckon, any others?

Randy would hate the Saw films. I don't think he would be interested in 21st century horror films to be honest with you.

Randy's Horror tastes are those based on "Rules" "Scenario's" etc as he explains in Scream 1. So no the SAW Franchise would not be one he enjoys cause what would he tell us we can learn from them? Live a good life, do good things, and maybe we won't get kidnapped by a guy in a fucking pig mask? Yeah I think not.

So he would like anything like he said in Scream 1.

Halloween

Prom Night

etc

Like a lot of us fans he probably would have been drastically disappointed with all the remakes. I'm sure we would have heard his rant on it and about how Hollywood needs to come up with something original.
