The husband of Sids mother "Maureen" It seems that Neil was totally Clueless about her past and her affairs with other men,apart from Cotton which people knew about,Almost a victim himself,Neil falls in the killers hands for bait to be framed for the murders which take place in Woodsboro! Lucky for him Gail comes to the rescue which helps sid hide him until all is over at the end of SCREAM.
